During a recent mini-documentary, former troubled Baylor star WR Josh Gordon claimed an assistant coach helped him pass drug test to play football.
The documentary can be found here.
Gordon, who attended Baylor from 2009-2011, admitted to using codeine, marijuana, Xanax, and cocaine. Gordon claimed that he failed the drug test at Baylor after running out of bottles of detox issued by the coach.
Josh Gordon recently finished a 90 day stent in a rehabilitation center, after being dismissed by the Cleveland Browns for repeated failed drug tests
“I had the desire to get help, invest myself 100 percent into whatever was going to help save my life. It never really set in the severity of if you fail a drug test, this is over.” Gordon said in the documentary, “You’re willing to throw away everything you ever worked hard for, everything you ever had out of life.”
Josh Gordon has been suspended 43 of the past 48 games by the Cleveland Browns, however he is still under contract with the team and could possibly become a restricted free agent in the future.
