The Lake Travis Cavaliers showcased dominance on both sides of the ball, defeating Dripping Springs 49-21 on Friday night. Running back Vann Hopping led the way with 138 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Quarterback Chaston Ditta added four total touchdowns, throwing for 230 yards and rushing for 60 more.
The Cavaliers set the tone early, scoring 21 points in the first 13 minutes, including a 47-yard touchdown run by Hopping. Defensively, Lake Travis stifled Dripping Springs, holding them to minimal yards until late in the second quarter. With this win, Lake Travis remains undefeated at 7-0 as they prepare for a rivalry clash with Westlake next week.
