Out of 1200 high school football teams in the Lone Star State, Texas HS Football handpicked the most outstanding “Offensive Player of the Month” in DeSoto High School’s quarterback Shawn Robinson. As a recipient for the award, Robinson receives a custom Xenith football helmet brandished with the accomplishment and the TXHSFB skull emblem.
The Eagles senior exemplifies all the qualities of an excellent athlete both on-and-off the field, averaging 1,745 total yards of offense and completing 17 touchdown passes, leading DeSoto to an 8-0 undefeated start this season.
In an exclusive interview with the site, Robinson discussed his 110% commitment as an early enrollee at TCU, praised coach Todd Peterman and the DeSoto coaching staff, and confessed that Drake’s “Take Care” is his favorite pregame jam.
