Why do you love football? 

My love for football came from my family. Like my pops has always encouraged me to be my best me and wanted me to always compete no matter the disadvantage. Now my brothers I’ve always looked up to them and I watched them play football so it made me want to play and be better than them.

I love football because it is something that has always been in my life. I always watched it when I was younger and started playing in fifth grade. Ever since then my fall has always been me in a helmet and pads. I have always enjoyed playing football and it has helped define the person I am currently.

I love football because it’s a game not everyone can play it takes tons of dedication and lots of time and effort to play this beautiful game and helps build relationships with people that will last a lifetime. My Grandfather used to say this all the time before he passed “Football isn’t just a game it’s life so go DO WHAT YOU DO and enjoy it while it lasts.”

I love football because it’s an escape from reality and it’s the best sport in the whole world. It’s a way of life in my family. We all play football. 

I love the competitiveness it brings out in people. You need a different variety of people to win. One great player can’t win a game by themselves. Finally the togetherness it brings to teammates, family’s, and especially football culture.

I play for my mom so I can retire her and she will not have to work anymore once I make it to the NFL. I also grew up watching Adrian Peterson, Marshawn Lynch, and Tavon Austin highlights. They just made me love the game even more
