College Football in Texas is home to some of the coolest uniforms in the nation….But…
There Can Be Only One!
Here’s our list of favorites from the 2017 season in no particular order. Its up to you to rank them! Hit us with a comment below, or on our Facebook or Twitter and let us know who deserves to be ranked #1 in Texas.
TCU – The purple and black combination is always awesome looking. Hard to beat the purple frog skin helmet, black jersey with purple frog skin pants. Too cool!
Texas Tech – Red Hot! We’re digging the clean look with the white helmet, red jersey, white pants…and those red socks…old school vote!
University of Texas – UT’s white out look was our favorite. Simple, clean, and I’m sure they were appreciated by the players on a hot Texas Saturday afternoon.
Houston – UH went for it this year with the cool red helmets, charcoal/black jerseys and pants.
Texas A&M – We’re liking the flat maroon colored helmet and jersey with white pants. The jersey fonts were also looking great!
Baylor – All Black with gold helmet! Awesome….best look of the year for Baylor in our opinion.
Rice – We’re sensing a theme here! All white for Rice got our vote for their best of the year.
SMU – Triple blue! Blue helmet, jersey and pants with red accents. SMU is looking good in triple blue!
UTEP – Miners look great in all white as well! (Lord please bring them a few W’s this year.)
Texas State – Is getting it done with the dark maroon helmet, white jerseys and maroon pants. Gold bobcat claw marks on the pants make this our favorite Texas State uni of the year.
UTSA – They’re doing a lot right at UTSA…They’re uniforms weren’t the best, but this is by far our favorite combo. For us it’s the helmet logo. It Needs to be re-imagined for this up and coming contender.
